Funded Sep 24, 2018Thank you so much for your support and for providing us with these amazing puppets! My students were thrilled when the package arrived and were so excited to start playing with them immediately! I have loved seeing the creativity that these puppets have sparked in my students. My students work together daily to create puppet shows and perform them for their classmates. One of my favorite projects we have done with the puppets was create a puppet show about community helpers in our neighborhood. My students created the show, practiced it, and then performed it for other students in the school. They were so excited and proud of themselves! I love that these puppets can and will be used for years to come. My students for years will be able to enjoy and learn from these puppets. I so appreciate your support and so do my students! Your contribution has brought so much joy to our classroom!”

Games Galore To Help Us Grow!
Funded Nov 7, 2017Thank you so much for your generous donations to our classroom! My students thought it was Christmas when our new games and materials arrived! Because of your donations, we have so many new activities and games available in the classroom to practice important literacy, math, and art skills.
My students use the materials purchased daily during their center rotations. Some of their favorite new tools are the bingo dot markers and alphabet stamps. They absolutely love the new games we have gotten like the alphabet locks and alphabet fishing. These new materials have made my students so excited for centers! They have brought a lot of smiles into the classroom.
One of the best parts of this project is that these materials will be able to be used for many years to come in my classroom! I know they will be loved and used by hundreds of students in the future.
Thank you again for your support and kindness!”

Funded Feb 6, 2015Thank you so much for your support of my students and our classroom! My students absolutely love the Eric Carle books you provided for our classroom. Having good, fun and educational literature in an early childhood classroom is so important! My students are so influenced by books. They inspire their love and desire to both read and write. They spark their imaginations and ignite conversations in the classroom. These books you provided for us are influencing my class now and future classes to come.
While my students love to look at these books during independent reading time, I also use these books to help teach concepts in the classroom. For example, I use the book "The Grouchy Ladybug" to introduce the concept of telling time to my students. I use "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?" to teach sequencing. I use "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" to teach simple addition strategies. Thank you for providing me with these amazing teaching resources!
I am so grateful for all of your kindness and generosity and so are my students. These books are truly loved and used daily in my classroom and I know they will continue to be for years to come. Because of you, my students have access to good literature that they absolutely love. You have influenced their education more than you know!”

Funded Jan 19, 2015Dear Donors,
Thank you so much for your generous donations! Because of you, our classroom library is growing! My students absolutely love the Mo Willems books they now have access to in the classroom. I have seen a new spark and a growing love of books and reading with the addition of these books to our classroom. My students are finding joy in reading and are excited to spend time with these new books. The books are also inspiring many writing projects in our classroom! My students have loved modeling after the Mo Willems books and writing their own "Pigeon" and "Elephant and Piggie" stories. It has been amazing to see the creativity that has been sparked because of these books! I know that these books will excite and inspire new little readers and writers that come into my classroom year after year. Thank you again so much for all your help and support!”
