My students are eager-to-learn little people who need early reader series and chapter books to spark a lifelong love for reading and learning. Henry & Mudge, Amelia Bedelia, and Fly Guy are fantastic series that engage my students and ignite that love for books. Because of the many low-income households in our community, numerous students don't have books to read at home. Providing a well-stocked classroom library is essential for these children. With new books to borrow and read, my students will be excited about diving into reading. And I will be able to use these books for daily read-aloud time, for whole group lessons, and to open up the wonderful world of reading to my students.
