  • 3D Printer for Young Minds Looking to the Future.

    Funded Aug 15, 2024

I am sincerely grateful for your generous donations to help bring a 3D printer to my 4th-grade classroom. Your support means much to us and will significantly enhance our students' learning experience.

Thanks to your kindness, my students will have the incredible opportunity to bring their ideas to life and engage in hands-on learning like never before. Your investment in their education is genuinely appreciated.

Thank you once again for believing in our project and making a real difference in the lives of these young learners.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Phillips

  • Learning Financial Literacy with Technology

    Funded Apr 6, 2015

Thank you for all of your donations and support for this project. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out as planned, as life does. We have had issues with the 3D printer and had to send it back. It was much more challenging to use than I expected. My next project will be more straightforward and focus on machines designed for kids. I also learned that the laser engraver needs to be used in a room with a very high ventilation system and our classroom is not designed for that. I am so grateful for all who donated and I will use this as a learning experience for my next project.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Phillips

  • Using STEM to Create

    Funded Jan 29, 2022

Wow, I couldn’t be more grateful to all those who donated! You have change the lives of 26 students. Never could I believe that we could get these incredible design making tools. We will show our appreciation by using them responsibly and taking care of them with the utmost care.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Phillips

  • Pencils- Can't Do Work Without Them

    Funded Aug 22, 2014

My students love the high quality pencils and the 2 new wonderful pencil sharpeners. The students are so excited when we received them. They knew this would improve their lives but they underestimated how much it would. They told their friends and families for weeks about the new sharpeners.

They are sharpening their pencils every morning and what used to be a long line is now a short line that takes only a few moments. Students were going and buying their own sharpeners to use in their desks because they didn't want to wait in the line with the old sharpeners. It may sound like some Eastern European country but to them it was.

The students are much more eager to write and they write so much more. What seemed like a punishment because they never were able to get their pencil sharp enough and when they did it would break, is now a heavenly experience. The sharpeners are so quiet that the students can sharpen their pencils anytime and not distract from learning.

Thank you so much for your time and donation that made this possible.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Phillips
