Thank you for contributing to my classroom and to my students. Your support creates the opportunity for students to fulfill their dreams! Not only are you investing in their education today, but you are expanding their options for success tomorrow.

When I showed the new materials to the students, their faces lit up and could not believe someone would give them so many supplies. They are becoming independent thinkers. I can now set out the materials and they are able to select which manipulative would benefit the areas they are lacking.

These manipulatives will be used in many upcoming lessons. For one lesson these materials will be used in rotations to gage if each student can identify their strengths and weaknesses with place value. All of the activities for place value with be set up and I will have them stand next to the activity that will best assist them in where they are lacking. This will help them gain confidence in their decision making.
