Learning Our Letters Through Art With K!
Funded Dec 19, 2016Wow! We are so lucky to have received our Cricut technology. The students and I are so excited about the endless opportunities for their learning. We have already begun to work on our new unit of study with the Cricut. This technology enhances our learning and our art. We are now able to make letters, numbers, and more that will last all year. Together we have come up with projects to do in our Science and Social Studies unit too! The kids and I are very appreciative of this gift. It will not only help the current students but will help other students for years to come. Thank you again for helping us reach our academic goals in a creative way.”

Technology to Support Special Needs!
Funded Apr 17, 2016Thank you so much! My class loves our new technology! We have been using it to access our IRead program. Our reading and writing has improved dramatically. The students really enjoy learning using the IPad. I have been able to download books, math, and literacy apps for them to use during center time. I have to say that the children have taught me a thing or two about the apps too! I really enjoy being able to bring technology into the classroom, and have more kids get on to use it. They are moving right along and ready for the first grade. Thank you for caring enough to help us.”

Help to Build a STEM Foundation in Kindergarten!
Funded Dec 23, 2015Wow what an amazing sight it is to see your students light up from the excitement of a package. The kids were so grateful to have the addition of the iPads to our classroom. This allows us to get wired and connected. The kids are already taking turns and sharing the new products. We even started making class videos to send home to the parents. Our class has a new life in the form of technology. They are even teaching me a few things that you can do with it. How smart my little munchkins are! I can't tell you again how much this helps us. Thank you for your kindness.”

Comfort + Focus = Academic Success!
Funded Dec 18, 2015Wow, what a difference a few new pieces of comfort can make. My kids were so excited to see the deliveries. We opened the boxes right away. The rug adds warmth and comfort to our writing center, while the pillows offer a warm and comfortable place to curl up with a book. We love the new additions. The students were very excited to know that we will be able to read on a carpet instead of the cold floor. Getting these resources makes a big difference in their academic success. It allows for us to concentrate on what is important, the learning. We can now get down to business and ready to dive into our learning. We even just sat down and listened to our books on tape, using the pillows and the rug, we learned in style. Thank you again for helping us, we are so grateful.”

Funded Oct 23, 2015Wow, we can't believe how fast the materials got here! The students were so excited. We opened the box right away and got to explore the games. It was the perfect day too! What a fun way to learn. It is so fabulous when you see your students get excited about learning. Playing the games today was an excellent way to reinforce our numbers and our vowel sounds. It was so nice to play ring toss. We made a team/table event out of it. Monday we will venture in Tic, Tac, Toe. I am glad to see my kids have fun with learning.
We will continue to pass on the kindness that you have shown us, to others. These games, and your donations have shown us an important lesson of giving to others. We are working on helping others. It is a great lesson that everyone needs to learn. Thank you again.”

You have been so generous to us, there are no words to express the gratitude that we have. Together we make an impact and difference on the lives of these children. My students are great little people, now they have just a bit more to be able to show and express their imaginations. With these supplies they are already wondering what to work with next! Help K enjoy STEM!
Funded Jun 3, 2015My students were so excited to see our new STEM resources delivered to our classroom. STEM is an important area in academics that is often not easily accessible for our younger children. The children and I were able to open the boxes and explore all of the incredible science games. Today was a great day. They were exploring magnets and the concepts of energy right at their tables independently. It was so nice to see them enjoying science on their own. They were fascinated by building bridges and trying to move a ball without even touching it! You have brought a ray of sunshine in my classroom. Thank you.”
