We are located in a rural area, however, pickleball has become very popular over the past couple years that many of our local parks have added pickleball courts. By teaching my students how to play pickleball, this will help encourage good hand / eye coordination, depth perception, and really get them moving. Pickleball is also a great way to emphasize working together with a partner, as well as touching on the subject of sportsmanship. My own family has learned how to play the game, and I want to share that love with my students.
