  • Graphing for Success!

    Funded Jun 5, 2013

Thank you so very much for your support of this project. The students had a hard time believing that there are such generous and supportive folks that genuinely care about them and their success in life. For many students, the cost of a graphing calculator would be an extreme hardship for the family. The students realize this and are so thankful and appreciative.

Having the graphing calculators has made a huge difference for the students. They are now able to visualize what a graph of entered values look like. Additionally, the calculators are beneficial when studying probability, averages, exponents, logarithms, and a host of other mathematical concepts.

Your support of this project has impacted teaching and learning in our classroom. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Casi

  • Creating Marvelous Mathematicians

    Funded Feb 19, 2013

Thank you for your donation to our classroom project. The students have really enjoyed the many supplies that your donation helped to fund. The Kindle Fire is one of the favorite stations during rotation.

The students have also enjoyed the K'Nex math and geometry building sets and I appreciate all of the hands-on practice that they receive. The Even Steven's Odd games have been a big hit. It does my heart good to see my students learning and having fun!

I can't wait to use the Math Cootie Catchers with my classes next year.

Thank you again. Your support means the world to me and my students.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Casi

  • Magnificent Mathematical Modeling

    Funded Oct 16, 2012

Thank you so much for your generous support of our project. The cart with empty tubs has been such a blessing. We can now organize and easily access our mathematical materials. The cart helps to easily facilitate the transitions in the classroom. The students have been awesome in helping to keep everything in the correct tub and really take ownership of the care of the materials.

The decimal and fraction dice have allowed us to learn about the concepts through games. The students are exploring through play and learning so much. The toner cartridges allow them to design, create and print file folder games. It is amazing how much they learn while participating in fun activities.

Thank you again, your support is a huge blessing.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Casi

  • Interactive Energy Savers

    Funded Oct 11, 2012

Your generous support of our classroom project is greatly appreciated. The kids are excited about our unit on energy because they can't wait to open the K'NEX Interactive Energy Set!

The toner cartridges have been a huge blessing as they allow us to continue to design, print and assemble our file folder games for Family Math Night.

The graph paper, colored pencils and gel pens make our study of area and perimeter more hands-on and interactive. The students love to create and the more that we can incorporate that into our mathematics study the more they will learn.

Thank you again for playing such a huge part in our education; your impact will be far-reaching.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Casi

  • No Bullies Allowed - Helping To Even The Playing Field

    Funded Mar 20, 2012

Thank you for your generous support of our classroom project. The students love the Kindle Fire and all of the math apps that are available to them. It is nice to see them working on their basic math facts and enjoying the experience! They also love the Fraction Formula Game and I highly recommend it for all students learning fractions. The Kindle Fire and Fraction Formula Game are the top choices during math stations and free time. The other materials, such as the jumbo numbered dice, have been beneficial as we reinforce basic math skills through games. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your support means the world to us.”

  • Eliminating Bullying, A Welcoming Atmosphere For All

    Funded Mar 20, 2012

Thank you for your generous support of our classroom project. The Konica Minolta color laser printer has allowed us to create and print awesome math games for use at our monthly math nights. As a K - 8 school, it has been wonderful to have this resource in order to help with activities for the younger grades. The older students learn critical thinking skills as they plan, implement and create activities for the younger students. It has been wonderful to watch them as they interact, play with and make learning fun for the younger students. In turn, the older students enjoy the same atmosphere and benefits as parents and volunteers staff the math stations for the upper grades. All of this was made possible because of you support and caring. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this wonderful blessing.”

  • Team Sports - Helping to Eliminate Bullying in Schools

    Funded Mar 12, 2012

Thank you for your support of our project. Team sports play a huge role in the strengthening and building of positive relationships. The resources you have helped to provide were a huge boost to our girls softball team. The girls were surprised and excited to learn that there are people like you who care about their interests and hobbies. The Easton softball bat, the travel tee and the other supplies are appreciated and used abundantly! The girls love the new equipment and have built a strong, supportive team and forged friendships that will last a lifetime. Again, we thank you for your support and generosity. It means the world to us.”

  • Math Game Night - Bullying In Schools = Positive Atmosphere

    Funded Mar 13, 2012

Thank you for your generous support of our Math Night project. The students have enjoyed math night so much this year that we are planning bi-weekly math nights for the next school year. What an awesome experience I have had this year as I've watched multitudes of students show up for Friday Night Math Nights! It makes my heart sing to see these kids interacting, having fun and learning math. What a blessing it has been to be able to provide the games and materials needed for this activity. Because of your support my dream has become a reality. Sending thanks and warm wishes from the bottom of our hearts.”

  • Help Us to Make Family Math Night a Reality

    Funded Mar 13, 2012

Thank you for your support of this project, the students, the school and the community. Math Night is a huge hit! The kids had a wonderful time at the first Math Night and since then we have hosted two more math nights. Our intentions are to have math night every other week when the new school year begins. The kids are already asking about the schedule for next year.

I was amazed at the turnout, it surpassed all of my expectations. I love to see the students having fun and learning. This would not have been possible without your generous support and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”

  • A Good Foundation In Reading Helps To Eliminate Bullying

    Funded Mar 18, 2012

Thank you for your generous donation to our classroom project. The books have arrived and we are eager to read and learn! The students were super excited when the books were delivered. It is wonderful to have brand new picture books for our classroom. We will utilize the books often as we teach new reading concepts throughout the year.

A good foundation in reading is essential for the student's future academic successes. Your support means the world to us and will make a lasting positive impact in the lives of our students. Thank you again.”
