• Community Pantry Turned Classroom Pantry

  Thank you for your contribution to our classroom pantry! Our classroom pantry gives the students in our building the opportunity to eat not only throughout the day but also take food home in their backpacks for food at home either for the evenings or weekends. Your contribution made it possible for our students to have this available for them. A lack of organized opportunities for fun in our youth leads to our youth looking for other opportunities to find something to occupy their time. • Giving Back

My students were able to use this opportunity to learn about the importance of giving back to others and see how good it can feel to be a good citizen. This project gave them the opportunity to show our staff members how much we appreciate their hard work and all that they pour into our students every day of every year. • Community Service Inside and Outside School

  This project was beneficial to so many by giving my students the opportunity to compile bags to give back to our homeless community and our homeless community being able to have access to some much needed materials. The students were very excited to have this opportunity as they felt led to do something that would help our local homeless community. We compiled drawstring bags of winter gear and donated them to a local establishment that is then able to distribute them as needed. We also gathered trash around the school property. Thank you for making this project come to life!”

• Community Service Inside School

  Once these donations arrived, we hit the ground running! Using our supplies to clean the white boards of our staff and clean up our school was a success! The students enjoyed being able to give back and learn about how something so small can make such an impact on those around them. These materials not only showed some sunshine to our staff but taught important life lessons to our students that they will carry with them for a lifetime.
