MakerSpaces and STEM activities are learning projects to help students engage in learning with hands-on activities and experience authentic learning opportunities. STEM and MakerSpaces are the future of learning by encouraging students to think creatively, use critical thinking skills, and solve real-world problems. These materials will help me create a designated MakerSpace area in the Media Center (library) for students. The duct tape, origami paper and books, legos, and magnetic tiles are all building materials for students to use to be creative and explore their imagination. STEM activities are projects to increase student knowledge with science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The Ozobots and Dash Robot require students to create a code to control the robots.
