We are so grateful for your donations. We are using all the resources and tools donated to our classroom. We are working towards meeting our goals by integrating hands-on projects that you donated to us.
The second graders were so excited to use the resources and materials. There are so many ways to mesh learning and fun with these donated items.
The next steps for learning will include the kits to grow plants. We will be able to observe the plants grow and record our observations in science journals.

We are so appreciative of the amazing resources and tools that were donated to our classroom. We have grown in so many ways and some of that growth is due to the resources we were able to use throughout our school year. For example, the cushions allowed students to move around the classroom and work in small groups and independently in a comfortable setting.
The art supplies allowed our classroom students to use their creativity and imaginations to represent different artwork that connected to their learning. We not only share the crayons everyday, we have learned more about teamwork. Students have become leaders by taking turns and showing others what a good role model looks like when we share our amazing art supplies you helped provide for us! THANK YOU SO MUCH!”

Your generosity has impacted my second graders in an amazing way! We have grown in so many ways and the resources provided by your generosity allowed us to use hands on materials and visuals to learn and reach our goals. During math we were able to use the ten frames to see how adding is visually connected to our number sense. The counters visually aided in this process.
When we received our materials, my second graders could not wait to unpack the them. They were so excited and thankful!
We will continue to use the whiteboard for our lessons and the colored paper and skin colored crayons have been a game changer with building confidence and creating our amazing self portraits.”

Your kindness and generosity has not only brought joy to my students; it also gave them confidence and excitement to push their thinking in new ways. The resources provided gave my students access to show their work using the whiteboards and markers for all subjects but it especially showed their enthusiasm during math. The most amazing moments have happened when I have been working with my small groups and my students are all working independently and yet are able to show their work using the whiteboards.
When they first saw the resources their eyes were full of excitement and joy! It has been rough for so many of them with this pandemic that when they were receiving their packets of materials, they were in awe. Some of the materials were distributed in the beginning of the year but the rest was given mid December. The pictures provided show two of my students receiving their packets from a safe distance. I am working remotely with them so this was a double treat to not only receive the wonderful resources all donors made possible but also they were able to see me in person if only for two minutes. The donations have provided joy and a feeling of independence to my students. So once again, thank you! You have helped my students feel loved, heard and independent. In this pandemic, you gave stability to so many of my students.”
