  • Come and Explore in our pre-k Classroom

    Words can not describe my gratitude. My kids were so excited when they saw the packages and helped me open all the boxes. We have been enjoying all the games, the addition with apples is a big success as well as the unlock it number match. My kids have been making cars and buses with the vehicle building center and building houses as well as with the houses building center. The Magna Tiles provide kids with all types of learning benefits from critical thinking and problem solving to improving hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. The children have been building all types of structures (homes, castles, cars, flowers, shapes). The science center is so great we have been doing exploring it every day.”

Help our students learn more science, math and literacy by having hands on materials to explore while they learn literacy, science and math. The materials break throughout the years, they get lost and my classroom is almost depleted of manipulatives. Manipulatives are an important part of children's learning, especially for 3 and four year old students. Also students have fun, which has been proven to increase engagement, motivation and self-confidence. Students with that have an innovative , common sense, dynamic, tactile or kinesthetic learning styles learn best when involved in hands-on tasks and games. In addition, manipulatives help students make the leap from intuitive to logical thinking, from the concrete to the abstract.

About my class
