I believe that science can best be taught and understood more completely with hands-on demonstrations, experiments, and activities. Laboratory investigations and activities are used throughout the year during everyday lessons. Each lecture of a new topic always involves at least one hands-on activity so that students can actually see science at work. Each week, my students complete 2 to 3 daily laboratory activities in order to further understand each area. With every 6 weeks, my students complete a science project that requires creativity and the scientific process. Due to this, I am constantly searching for science equipment and need your help!
