I would really like to have LEGOs for my classroom. They are a good resource for science, engineering and art projects as well as a very popular choice time activity. LEGO are a motivating learning tool. We can use them to build words, create stories, math games, and to practice conceptual sorting and categorizing. There are so many exciting ways to use LEGO in the classroom for learning! The LEGOs will be used throughout the week for group activities and choice time. Exploration through play is so critical in a child’s earliest stages of life. By providing enriched learning experiences for young children, we are giving them opportunities for their developing minds to help them to explore and problem-solve while also establishing meaningful friendships. The new LEGO sets will help my students create, explore, and develop new ideas. The students will be able to work together and promote teamwork during their exploration time. It will promote critical thinking skills and spark the imagination. Your donation will help to create joy and excitement. These donated resources will be cherished for years to come.
