These materials will help us start our journey towards a flexible seating classroom with a makers-space. The chairs and ottomans will provide comfortable seating while helping add to the overall theme that the students have helped design and choose! The books will expand our class library by increasing the variety of books. They are excited to start this journey, and many of them will come back to me throughout their secondary career. It's a long journey ahead, but we are excited to update our classroom and make it a safe and creative environment to practice our critical thinking skills and grow our love of literature! My next steps will be to add cafe tables and chairs, more art supplies and keep building my library. I hope to build a display area for student projects in future projects and all of this starts me on that road. Thank you in advance for your consideration!
