Having a set of Chromebooks will allow for new, technology-driven learning in my classroom. Technology ignites students' passion for learning and takes student engagement to a whole new level! My students will be able to use the Chromebooks in a variety of ways, such as creating Infographics as a way of presenting their research, recording results of experiments, researching self-selected topics for enrichment, and learning responsibility in the digital world. My classroom already uses SeeSaw (a student communication app) as a way for my students to share their work and critical thinking with their parents. Parents of my students have enjoyed seeing their students' learning grow through technology. My goal is to incorporate more technology into my students' learning and have enough devices so that my students are able to work in partnerships. DonorsChoose will give me the ability to make this happen.
