  • Keep Growing!

    Funded Sep 17, 2024

Thank you so much for the donations. All the supplies has been very helpful to the students. I have not had a kid go without anything. I am able to leave the supplies where the students have access to them at all times. They will use them correctly with care and put them back where they belong in case others may need it as well. We have had quite a few snow days here and several weeks where most the classes have been low. My class has been able to stay healthy with the donations of all the cleaning supplies. Thank you for all the help!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. C. Lilly

  • New Year Means New Supplies!

    Funded Jul 22, 2023

Thank you so much for the help this school year. The materials helped so many kids in so many way. It is hard to believe they went through so many pencils and one of the sharpeners was jammed. Luckily I was about to get it cleared and back in working order. I am so very grateful for everything you guys do for teachers all over the country. I was able to use the paper to print important documents (field trip information and permission forms) so it would catch parents attention that it was important and needed to be returned. I do have a few pencils left but not many.”

  • Essentials to Succeed

    Funded Jun 29, 2022

The materials you funded have been used a lot already throughout the first 9 weeks of school. I have several that volunteer to wipe desks down with the wipes every evening. This is keeping the room cleaner. I always have at least 3 boxes of tissues open so they can use them. I also have the magnets holding up pencils cases so the students can easily get to them! Inside each pencil case is glue, scissors, pencils, and highlighters. Some of the kids were able to tell their parents not to worry about school supplies as I had plenty to distribute to those who needed it. Thank you for supporting my classroom.”

  • Getting Back to School!

    Funded Aug 4, 2020

These materials were used to relieve parents from having to worry about having money for school supplies. Neither the parents nor the kids had to worry about not having the supplies. During COVID-19 they were not allowed to share materials, so I was also allowed to make sure all the materials were only touched by the one student. I made up bags that had their glue, scissors, pencils, and highlighter in it so no one other than the student and myself would handle it. Thank you for supporting my classroom and I hope you will continue to look for new projects to help me and my students.”

  • New Mornings!

    Funded Aug 21, 2019

Thank you for supporting my classroom. You have made my mornings easier and more engaging for the kids that I have this year. Not only did my mornings change but evening bus dismissal changed also, and this has helped during that time as well. Students are able to grab a bin and work with friends that also want to use the same bin. Jenga is still a very popular choice as well as anything dealing with building something. They can be very creative with their supplies and love to show off what they have made. Thank you for helping in this project!”

  • Let's Make History in 5th Grade!

    Funded May 6, 2019

Thank you for choosing to support my classroom. The kids and I have loved the impact on the class this project brought. I wasn't able to get the exact book I wanted due to the company discontinuing them, but I was able to get an interactive learning workbook, so I ordered 3 of them for the classroom. We started working in the Colonial America one and the kids love it. It is very engaging and keeps them busy but they are learning a lot along the way. Thank you so much for helping me make History a lot more interesting for my students now and in the future!”

  • We Will Excel!

    Funded Aug 21, 2019

Thank you for supporting my classroom with materials that will keep all the kids from getting sick and helping them succeed in the classroom. Student's don't have to worry about not having the materials for class because her know I have enough to let them use if they need too. The pencils have been amazing to have. Pencils seem to disappear al the time in the classroom and even more since we started rotating a few years ago. A teacher always loves to have plenty of them to use. The hand sanitizer is another item that we go through quickly. They all use it everyday on the way to lunch, so this has been helpful to have on hand.”

  • Happy, Healthy Kids!

    Funded Mar 27, 2018

Thank you for supporting my classroom. The kids had a great time seeing how many paper towels, tissues, Lysol wipes, sharpeners, pencils, and hand sanitizer we received. They were happy that we now had a way to clean a spill up faster and easier. They no longer have to go to the bathroom and get paper towels that barely soak up a spill. They also enjoy that they can help wipe desks with the Lysol wipes and clean the board in the front of the room. We also will last the rest of the year with the pencils that were bought with the donation. I will even have some to start next year with. They loved the colored pencils and can't wait to use them on an inventor project we have coming up. Thank you for helping us out. I would love for you to look at other projects in the future and donate as you feel.”

  • Let's Read About Careers!

    Funded Sep 13, 2017

Thank you for donating to my project. The kids were very excited once they saw the new bookcase and the books they could begin reading. We have read a couple as a whole class, and also some individual. They have enjoyed having a nice organized place to store the books once they are done. Some even had AR tests that they could take for points to help toward the school incentive. Many have taken these tests and scored well on them. They can't wait to begin researching along with reading their book as well. Again thank you for helping me support the students learning.”

  • Meeting Basic Needs

    Funded Aug 6, 2017

My kids were so excited when the products arrived. Those that needed the notebooks loved having them to write in instead of having to use notebook paper and keep up with all their notes. I also was able to put together pencil pouches for each of my groups. This way if a pencil were to break they don't have to get up to sharpen it they just have to get in the pitch and grab another then we sharpen at the end of the week.

I hung the posters where they seemed to be needed the most. I put two very inspirational ones to each side of our clock as you see in the photos. The one up front is the Classroom Rules. Thank you again for supporting my kids!”

    Mrs. C. Lilly
