I teach Business to High School students. Some students have said, "Ms. Dunphy, your class is the only one where I feel I'm learning real world stuff that will benefit us after we graduate." I hope to continue offering these lessons, being there for students, and much more! My year is patterned and planned roughly as follows: 5 week case challenge- 2 week industry certifications preparation - 1 week student led learning support - repeat. We have opportunities to travel for competitions. Our students are taught how to use analytic tools, how to operate a consultancy firm, how to delve deep into marketing strategies, roles within an organization, human resources law, how to look for company profitability, ROI, and more! In addition to supporting my 150 students, I am in charge of running our campus' Future Business Leaders of America and National Technical Honor Society programs. Thank you for your supports!
