Words cannot express my gratitude today. Thank you so much for your generosity. The children will be SO EXCITED! They have really enjoyed watching our numbers grow on the fundraising page, and constantly ask to check the growth chart. I can't wait to tell them we reached our goal and their hokki stools are coming! It has been so wonderful to watch them excitedly talk with their friends about how close we were, and what they would do when they had a stool. And you will get to see them as I will send an update! From family and friends to complete strangers spreading kindess, you have given us a great opportunity. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

My students are young and and energetic; they need movement! Some children can sit in their chair and focus on tasks and instruction with ease, but others struggle to concentrate. I want to help all of my students be successful, and I have seen the difference hokki stools can make in our classroom. We currently have one stool that was gifted to us by a generous parent last year. All 21 students take turns with this stool, but there are several students who show marked improvement in behavior and focus when it is their turn. Even they have noticed the difference! I hope this project will provide enough stools for at least half of my class to have the option of sitting on a hokki stool.
