BRES Jump Rope Ninjas
Funded Feb 11, 2025I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for your generous contribution to my Jump Rope Ninja project. Thanks to your support, students in my class will now have the opportunity to engage in exciting, fun, and physically challenging activities that will not only improve their fitness but also build their confidence and teamwork skills.
Your donation is making a lasting impact, and I am incredibly grateful for your belief in the importance of physical education and the joy it brings to young learners. The Jump Rope Ninja program will be an exciting way for my students to stay active while having fun, and it’s all possible because of your kindness.
Thank you once again for helping bring this vision to life!”
With gratitude,

Virtual PE All-Star!
Funded Feb 10, 2021Our Broad Rock Health and PE program and students are so excited for how our project turned out. Our first project using our donated supplies was our Virtual PE All-Star T-Shirts. In this project we awarded our students who had been All-Stars in Health and PE class throughout the virtual year. All-Stars included students who always had cameras on, interacted with questions and lessons and participated in all exercises. Without our cricut and t-shirt donations none of the Virtual PE All-Star shirts would have been awarded to those going above and beyond. The overall excitement that we've had with students have been so memorable. They loved receiving it and now are wearing it to virtual PE class.
Giving students the T-shirts was the best part of the project. When a student or students were selected, we made a big announcement to their whole class on why they earned it and thanked them for being rock stars, which they were thrilled! Our first round of T-Shirts we decided to do home deliveries; after checking with parents on time and following mask protocols we were able to deliver around 30 shirts the first round. The look on students' and parents' faces when they were awarded was priceless and they were quick to go try it on and pose for a picture! Some even made sure they're siblings and everyone in the house saw it while we were there! Since home deliveries we have given shirts out at School supply drives with similar excitement from students and families! Overall we have nearly over 100 shirts made and counting!
Moving forward we are continuing our T-Shirt project and to award as many students as we can before the end of the year. This virtual school year has been a challenge for all of us but this small gesture to those students giving the effort goes a long way and our students deserve it! A great part of this project has been motivation for other classmates. Whenever a student is given a shirt they are encouraged to wear it during PE for their peers to see. This has kept a lot of other students excited and hopefully will continue as we do more shirts and finish this year on a good note! A few similar things we are considering are water bottles, Health and PE club T-Shirts and also designing shout-out shirts to our rock star classroom teachers!”
