I am a first grade public school teacher in Minnesota at a very diverse, high poverty school. My classroom is full of unique learners, each with a different background, home experience, learning style, and personality. I love the challenge of meeting each student's individual needs, and I pride myself in creating a welcoming, positive, and safe learning environment. But meeting each student where he or she is at takes a lot of energy and a lot of resources, and that's where I need your help.
