Thank you thank you thank you for standing with our students. They are so excited to know the stands are coming because of your generosity. Thank you once again for boosting moral and supporting the arts. Your show of respect for the arts is awesome. We appreciate you and hope nothing but good things come your way.”

You are simply awesome. Thank you so much for your generosity. Our students are in awe of your kindness. Performances are a vehicle to help the emotional social aspects of the class. Having great equipment always helps them become more at ease and able to give their performances their all.”

  • Keep Us Playing and Learning!

    Funded Oct 3, 2024

We are thrilled to share how much of an impact your gift has made in the lives of our students. They were in anticipation of this donation, knowing it would open up new opportunities for their learning and creativity. Seeing their faces light up with excitement and pride when they saw the keyboards was a powerful reminder of the impact that a small act of kindness can have. They were overwhelmed. They now have a renewed sense of enthusiasm for music, giving them the tools they need to explore and further create. Your donation sends a clear and vital message to our students: that they are valued, supported, and connected to a larger community that believes in their abilities and wants to see them succeed. Your generosity is more than just a contribution of instruments—it's a gift of empowerment”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Fitch

  • A Strong Start!

    Funded Aug 19, 2024

I want to express our sincere gratitude for your incredibly generous gifts. These valuable resources are so appreciated. The theory books offer new insights and enhance the depth of our learning. Many of our students rely on headphones for focused listening while practicing on their electronic keyboards. The composition notebooks, pencils, and border paper are perfect for students to jot down their ideas and keep their thoughts organized while enjoying an aesthetically pleasing workplace. The portfolio bag lets us look more professional and organized when we go out of the building to perform, keeping our music together and systematized.

Your kindness inspires, reinforcing the importance of community and giving back. We want to thank you so very much for your generosity.”

  • Neatly Arranged

    Funded Aug 19, 2024

The shelves that you so graciously provided hold the electronic keyboards in our instrumental and choral classroom. Students from both music classes are afforded the opportunity to learn the keyboard as an enhancement to learning music appreciation and theory. Learning to play the keyboard brings a lot of joy to a lot of my students and sometimes students from other elective classes. Having the keyboards on the shelves allows for the keyboards to be put away at night safely with little to no effort. This keeps them safer and more accessible.

The Churck Lorre Family Foundation will always stay in our hearts for your selfless generosity to our school and classroom. Thank you again!”

  • Learning Music Resource

    Funded Aug 19, 2024

Thank you so much, we are deeply grateful for your partnership! Your support plays a crucial role in our mission to create an inspiring and dynamic learning environment. The books we received through your generosity are filled with vivid pictures and engaging content and make a big difference in our classroom! These books have become valuable tools for teaching and learning music theory, which is the most challenging part of engaging in music education. The first time we used the books their eyes lit up with excitement. They are beautiful and filled with so much information.

Thank you so much for your generosity and belief in our students. Your commitment to education is inspiring.”

  • Music in the Courts

    Funded Apr 3, 2024

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your generous donation of gym equipment. Your support has made a significant impact on our students. The new gym equipment enhances the physical education and fine arts programs at our school. In our music classes we have learned a lot about Native American Hoop Dances, and this equipment enhanced their learning by allowing them to try their hand at performing a hula dance for each other with the hula hoops.

Thank you once again for your support. Your contribution has made a lasting impression on our students.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Fitch

  • The Glue That Brings it All Together

    Funded May 11, 2024

Thank you so much for your incredible generosity and kindness. Your donations have significantly enhanced our end-of-year activities, allowing our students to engage in meaningful experiences.

Your contributions have promoted physical fitness and laid the foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle. This impact extends beyond the physical; it plays a crucial role in supporting our students' mental well-being. As the school year winds down and excitement for summer builds, keeping kids engaged can be a challenge. However, physical activity has been shown to alleviate stress, anxiety, and depression. Incorporating these activities during testing periods was essential in creating a peaceful environment with minimal behavioral interruptions.

Music helps create engaging atmosphere that encourages movement like a celebration of movement and rhythm. One activity is to hula hoop to the beat of the music, and to watch a video on Native American Hoop dancing, then trying it for themselves. Our performances this year were extensive. Students enjoyed these activities immensely.

    We truly appreciate your support!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Fitch

  • Piano Me This!

    Funded Oct 30, 2023

Words cannot express the gratitude we feel right now. We want to thank you for your generosity. Without you, our students would not have the joy that they feel every time they are able to let their fingers walk across the keyboard of an electric piano. Our students are so appreciative for what you have done. They will learn basic piano skills, along with having a more exciting way to learn music appreciation. There are no words to express the happiness that was in our students' eyes when they saw the keyboards and all they are capable of doing. Again, we say thanks.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Fitch

  • As We Play

    Funded Jan 18, 2024

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Our students are going to be so fascinated and in awe to hear this young man play with perfection. Then to have an opportunity to hear about his journey to being a concert pianist and also an educator. We are so excited.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Fitch

My orchestra students are divided by grade level. There are approximately 23 students in each class (3 throughout the day). The choir students are also divided by grade level. There are approximately 17 students in each class (3 throughout the day also). Students are mostly African American and Hispanic. You have helped us become a viable class where students learn with the equipment, books and supplies they need. We are looking like musicians, sounding like musicians and are beginning to have the confidence musicians should have - this is all because of you and we're thankful. I believe every child should learn being, feeling, and looking good. When all criteria is not met it lowers their self-esteem. You have helped us become more confident. Because of their new-found confidence they are excited with the possibility of going to the Big Apple, to learn through workshops from a respected songwriter and conductor
