I am a first grade teacher in a rural area with 21 students without assistant. I have a variety of students from different backgrounds. Our resource students are in the regular class. I have mildly retarded, autistic, and ADH students in my room with the regular students. My school is located in the black belt with poverty and low income. The majority of my student's parents are not able to buy computers and ipads for them. They are behind in reading and math. I would like to have stations with computers, ipads and headsets in my class for groups and individualized learning. The ipads will help build on skills and concepts like, reading comprehension, math, social studies, and science that is taught in the classroom. They can write stories, read, and type them on the computers to enhance writing. This technology will help them to be successful. I can work with small groups and keep the other students engaged wit
