My fourth graders are a hard-working bunch! They strive to meet their academic and behavior goals, and congratulate one another when this happens. Many of my students voluntarily extend their learning day by TWO HOURS(!) in order to ensure success. Some even come to school 6 days a week. At this charter school in Florida, we place high expectations for all of our students, and these kids deliver! Though many of our students come from disadvantaged backgrounds, they persevere and are determined to not settle for anything less than the best.
