  • Racing, Robotics, and Resilience: STEM in Chicago!

    Funded Feb 25, 2025

Thank you so much for your generosity. Because of you, my students will have the materials they need for a successful voyage. The essentials are what keeps us all going each day. Thank you for providing my students with books, supplies and warm clothing for Chicago! Your kindness is appreciated.”

  • Empowering Future Scientists: Hands-On Immunology in the Classroom

    Funded Aug 27, 2024

Thanks to your incredible generosity, my students are now able to explore the fascinating world of immunology through hands-on experiments with the ELISA Immuno Explorer Kit. Watching their excitement as they unboxed the materials was a truly heartwarming experience—they were amazed at the opportunity to conduct real-world disease detection experiments just like professional scientists. Their enthusiasm filled the classroom as they eagerly dove into learning about immune responses and disease diagnostics.

With these resources, we've conducted our first experiment, exploring how ELISA is used in detecting diseases. My students were deeply engaged as they carefully followed the lab procedures, developing critical lab skills while grasping the science behind immune responses. Many of them remarked how these hands-on experiences made the abstract concepts they had read about come alive. One student shared, "I feel like a real scientistDear United Airlines,

I want to extend a special thank you to United Airlines for your generous support of our classroom project. Your contribution has brought cutting-edge biotechnology tools to my students, giving them the unique opportunity to engage in hands-on immunology experiments. As a result, they are not only learning critical lab techniques but also seeing themselves as capable scientists who can one day tackle real-world challenges.

Your commitment to education and equity is empowering a diverse group of young learners from underserved communities to dream bigger and reach higher. One student recently shared, "This feels like something I would do in college or a real lab—I never thought I'd get to experience this in high school." Moments like these are priceless, and they are only possible because of your support.

Thank you for helping us inspire the next generation of scientists, researchers, and innovators. Your partnership in our educational journey means the world to us.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Zeno

  • Blooming Innovators: Cultivating STEM Excellence with Microcontrollers

    Funded Sep 4, 2023

Your contributions paved the way for our students to become engaged innovators. With the microcontroller boards and other innovation supplies, our students will gain invaluable hands-on experience in designing, coding, and executing real-world projects. These tools will empower them to develop essential skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration.

Our students, many of whom come from underprivileged backgrounds, are young women with big dreams and even bigger potential. Your support is more than just a donation; it's an investment in their future, enabling them to break barriers and excel in fields typically underrepresented by women.

I would like to extend a special thank-you to United Airlines and the three other donors who made this project possible. Your generosity is truly making a difference in the lives of our students, and for that, we are eternally grateful.

Thank you once again for your kindness and support.”

  • Perfect Personal Pouches

    Funded Aug 13, 2021

Thank you so much for your generous donations! Our Perfect Personal Pouches are truly amazing! The pouches have been the perfect way to transition back to in-person learning after being virtual/hybrid for eighteen months. Students LOVE being able to gather supplies, create, and then sanitize. Your generous donation has allowed our students to re-engage with their peers in an interactive, engaging, and safe manner. Providing each desk area with a personal pouch has helped minimize shared materials, which has been vital as our students learn in person during a time when the transmission rate of COVID-19 in our area is high. Thank you for helping to inspire the next generation of STEM professionals!”
