As a paraprofessional stepping into the teacher world, I want to provide materials students will need to help them have a succeed in learning. Having a visual timer in class is essential because it lets students, who are visual learners, know how much time they have to complete an assignment. This can help with time management and it helps make transitions go more smoothly. In addition, having a label maker can benefit the class because it can create a print-rich environment and help students locate materials when needed. Because I will be teaching students who have mild to moderate disabilities, I want to make sure I have all the right materials to give them the best education possible.
