I teach in Baltimore City in a Title 1 school. My students need consistent structure and organization to reach their full potential. We have established a morning meeting that revolves around respect daily to help our students better understand how to show and earn respect. My students do their best to demonstrate our school motto of BLES, Being on time and prepared, Leading by example, Encouraging others, and Showing and earning respect. Help us establish this environment every morning with a new carpet on which we can all sit!
