Engineering Through LEGO
Funded May 21, 2024Thank you for donating toward my classroom's purchase of a LEGO Education Spike Set and two expansion sets. These new tools will aid in expanding my implementation of the LEGO Education Spike Set curriculum tremendously.
Through these sets, in combination with recently donated iPads, my class can now work on their LEGO Education Spike projects in smaller groups, which will facilitate each student having more time and opportunity to perform hands-on work and to have more of a voice in their projects. They will also now have the chance to do more of the programming and modifications themselves.
Although the school year has just started, my students are already extremely excited to begin their LEGO Education Spike projects in light of your generous donations and the improvements provided as a result thereof, as explained above. On behalf of my students and myself, thank you again for your contributions.”
With gratitude,
Mr. P

Funded Dec 30, 2019Thank you so much for your donation toward the purchase of LEGO educational kits for my classroom. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus crisis and the transition to remote learning in March, my students have not yet had the opportunity to utilize these materials, but I know once we return to in-person learning, they will get great use out of them. Particularly, the LEGO educational kits will allow my students to explore aspects of building, engineering, math, and science, while also teaching them teamwork, creative-thinking, and problem-solving skills in a fun and exciting new way. As I'm sure many of you know, LEGO educational kits are a terrific tool for any classroom, and so I appreciate all your donations, especially in light of the fact that my students do not always have access to these types of resources. Thanks again for all your support, and I hope you are all staying safe and well during this difficult time.”
With gratitude,
Mr. P
