  • Busy and Focused

    Funded Dec 4, 2024

Thank you so much for your kind donations! In our kindergarten classroom we have two kidney tables for students to work on small groups with the teacher and teacher assistant. Only one of the tables had wobbly stools. For the other table students had to pull their own heavy (iron) chairs to work in small groups.

Now both of our kidney tables have wobbly stools, they take up less space and add more color to our classroom! Students have been loving them and are excited to work in small groups too.

Your donation has made a positive impact in our classroom!”

  • Look What I Made!

    Funded Oct 29, 2024

Thank you for donating to our classroom project! We were able to use the materials we received right away. Our materials couldn't have arrived at a better time, we used them for our December crafts right away.

Students made ornaments, reindeer hand art, and other crafts that we used to decorate the class and that they gave as gifts to their families.

Our art wall looks so much better than before.! Their art that used to be stapled on to construction paper 'to look nice', can now be displayed in beautiful frames.

    Once again we thank you!”

    Mrs. Andrade

  • Let's Not Be Wasteful!

    Funded Aug 15, 2024

Thank you for your kind donations to our classroom project! I asked for ink for my classroom color printer. I have been able to print beautiful colorful pictures of my students, it makes the class look brighter and their own. I was also able to print black and white pictures for our 5 senses project.

Having a laminator in class has been wonderful! I was able to laminate their fall trees and I'll have more to laminate for our December projects.

My students were so excited to watch me open the boxes. They can't wait to use the items we received!”

  • Busy Body and Focused

    Funded Dec 23, 2021

My students are loving the wobbly stools! They can't wait for their turn to use them. During free play they want to sit on them too! Whether they are on them on their own, with my teacher assistant, or with me, they are sure enjoying them. I love that they fit under the kidney table; definitely a space saver!

The stools are working so we'll with my students that I'm going to create another project for more stools! 5 just is not enough for a class of 25.

Once again I thank you for helping me fund this classroom project.”

  • Getting Artsy and Crafty

    Funded Jan 13, 2022

Thank you so much for helping me fund this project! My students were so excited when they saw the package arrive to our class. The big crayons are perfect for their little hands and they love that they now have access to pink and gray (the box of 8 they used to have didn't have those colors). They are already using the materials to make Valentine's Day crafts; pipe cleaners, dot paints, and glitter glue! And now that we have big stamp pads I can take out my stamps for them to use. They love the rollers and they can stamp words with the letter stamps.

In all we are very happy and grateful for everything we received. Thanks again!”

  • Little Minds, Big Ideas!

    Funded Dec 2, 2020

Thank you so much for helping me get these magnetic tiles to my students. They were so happy to receive them and excited to build new things. In a time when we can't be together in the classroom, they really enjoyed sharing their creations with each other online.

Parents have sent me pictures of their children's creations and they're happy smiles that show how excited they were to build. We've use that magnetic tiles to count how many tiles were used, to sort the tiles by color and shape, and to see how high they can stack them up.

Once again thank you for donating to my classroom project.”

  • Fun to use Journals!

    Funded May 7, 2020

Thank you for helping fund this project. With distant learning I needed help to get my students motivated to write from home. My students were excited when they saw the journals on our Zoom meeting and even more happy when they picked them up. Parents have thanked me for providing them with a tool they can easily use to keep their kids writing! They also sent me pictures of the writing their children have completed at home.

Your donation helped me make writing fun and interactive for my kindergarten students! Thank you once again.”

  • Refill for Teacher-Student-Parent Communication

    Funded Oct 9, 2019

Thank you for donating to our classroom project. This project consisted of materials we use daily in our classroom. We started using the gluesticks right away for cut and paste activities in math and language arts, as well as for art crafts. Our classroom printer was refilled the day we received our order and that too has been used to print activities, pictures (in color), and letters that have gone to parents for communication. With the colored paper I have printed math games, on cardstock, for students to play and learn with. We have used colored paper for art projects too!

Thanks you once again for helping us refill our classroom with these essentials!”

  • Don't LEGO my ABC's!

    Funded Dec 14, 2017

Thank you so much for your kind donations. My students love the LEGO's as do I! I enjoy how their creativity has flourished from their first time using them in class. When they first started they would copy a lot of the samples from the "things to create" books that came with the LEGO kits. Now they create their own things like a dinosaur with wings, their own little cities, robots, race cars, houses, and helicopters! Although it started with them "copying" from the book, they now see that they can really create anything they can imagine! I thank you for that!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Andrade

  • Can I get a Refill, Please!

    Funded Sep 15, 2017

Thank you so much for helping us get these daily needed materials for our class! With your kind donation my class received lots of glue sticks that we use for everyday class work. Tacky glue that has come in handy with our fall and winter art projects. Cleaning wipes to keep our desks clean. Scissors, now everyone has a good pair of kid friendly scissors! And a chest full of treasures! These incentives help me keep my students motivated, they want to follow the rules, they want to complete their work, and bring in their homework because they know that they will have the opportunity to choose something from the treasure chest; anything they want!

Your donations have impacted my classroom in a super positive way!!”
