A penny/time/dollar is all it takes. My kindergarteners are a huge part of my life. Anyone that knows me knows this. Many also realize how much money and time I spend creating a technologically rich and interactive environment for my babies (and love to do so!). After realizing how insanely inexpensive some tablets are (49.99!!!), and simultaneously realizing how many educational programs my school/district has purchased, it dawned on me. Why not reach out to my loved ones, friends and corporations/businesses for their help? Whole group, small group, one-on one.. I work closely with my students daily; including the half of my class that has special needs! A little more technological support will help my students go above and beyond what they are already capable of doing. :)
