My students represent a wide demographic range. From very wealthy, to middle class, to students who rely on school for their only meal of the day. Each student comes from a very unique set of circumstances, and trying to reach all of them at once is difficult at times. In addition to very different home circumstances, they each have varied interests and ability levels. Many of my students are reluctant readers who do not see the value of reading.
