Spring Hope is a tiny little town in suburban NC. While we're definitely suburban by location, the demographics of our school are very similar to an intercity school. All of our students receive a free breakfast and lunch every day. Parent involvement is lacking, and providing school supplies is poor. We're all from unique backgrounds, with different stories to tell. Now that they know me well, my students want to do more. They want to read, they want to study, and they want to learn. I'm so excited to take them there.
