My physical education students are energetic and enthusiastic 12 and 13-year-olds, eager to learn and improve their fitness levels. They come from diverse backgrounds, each bringing unique strengths and perspectives to our classes. These young athletes are at a crucial stage of development, where they are building foundational skills in strength, endurance, and coordination. They are committed to staying active and learning the fundamentals of weightlifting and fitness in a supportive environment. Their dedication and passion for physical activity are evident in their willingness to push themselves and support their peers. Through their efforts, they are establishing healthy habits that will benefit them throughout their lives. Our students are not only developing physical skills but also building confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for health and fitness.
