  • If/Then Inspired Robotics

    Funded May 7, 2021

Wow! I am always amazed at the generosity of complete strangers. Thank you so much for funding this project for our classroom. This year has been tough for everyone but we are so excited to use the sphero robots to learn how to code. My upcoming 5th graders will have a dedicated coding hour every Friday!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Gambrel

  • Basic School Supplies

    Funded Jan 22, 2021

Basic school supplies is always something that teachers can never get enough of. It was nice to be able to provide my students with these resources so that their parents had a few less things to worry about. Also, I'm not sure why, but students get a little more excited when the teacher gives them supplies to use in the classroom versus them bringing in their own. This school year has been filled with tons of uncertainty and I am so thankful for the generosity of complete strangers. Thank you so much for helping make this project a success!”

  • Rocketbooks for Easy Submission

    Funded Dec 1, 2020

My students LOVE their rocketbooks! It took a couple days to train them on how to use the rocketbooks but now that they are "experts" with it, they enjoy showing off how cool they are! Since we are the only class in our school with this awesome resource, I have noticed an extra little bit of pride when they get to use them. My class even did a presentation to the principal on why everyone should have a rocketbook.

I am always humbled by the generosity of complete strangers and I thank you for contributing to this classroom project.”

  • Athletes at Work

    Funded Nov 6, 2020

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, our soccer season was canceled. However, I have shared with my athletes all the new resources that they can look forward to next year. Even though they can't be out on the field this year, they still were very appreciative of the nice things that were funded.

I am always humbled by the generosity of total strangers and I look forward to when things get back to normal. My athletes will have almost all new equipment next season. New balls, new soccer nets, and new training equipment have all been funded this year. Thank you so much for supporting us!”

  • Did Someone Say Soccer?

    Funded Mar 15, 2020

Unfortunately our soccer season came to a quick end. This upcoming season will be the first time that this new equipment gets put to use. My players and I are excited to get back on the field! We greatly appreciated your support. When this upcoming season comes around, we will have new soccer balls and two new nets to go on our goals. We hope for a winning season this year! We also hope that everything will be back to normal and we get to play! Thank you again for supporting our soccer team! Go Cardinals!”

  • Touch Screen in the Classroom

    Funded May 6, 2020

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine how this school year would begin. Technology is more important than ever during these unprecedented times. I am extra thankful for your support on this project. My students remain virtual and have all received a chromebook of their own to take home. This has helped so much with this transition. Kids are resilient and have adjusted well to learning online. One good thing that has come from this year is that I seem to have more time to do the "fun" stuff that I could never find time for. Again, thank you so much for your support.”

  • Magazines for Learning

    Funded Nov 23, 2019

Thank you for supporting this project. We LOVE our classroom magazines. Students find the articles highly engaging and enjoy the activities that go along with them. Since implementing these magazines in our classroom, Reading and Math is no longer a dreaded subject. Students stay on task and smile when I hand out the assignment. I am looking forward to seeing how much my students have advanced in reading and math skills since we have started using these. The skills in these magazines go hand in hand with our standards. Thank you again for helping us purchase this amazing resource.”

  • Conquering the Gap

    Funded Nov 7, 2019

This project gave my classroom an additional chromebook for my students to use. We are completely 1:1 student to chromebook now. My students and I greatly appreciate your generosity. My students greatly enjoy having their own chromebook to use. This also teaches my students responsibility. Each student is responsible for ensuring his or her chromebook is plugged in to charge daily and that they keep it clean. My students enjoy the engaging programs that we use on our chromebooks. Technology can't replace a great teacher but it definitely helps in keeping students' interest. Thank you again for your donation!”

  • Unlocking the Magic of Nearpod

    Funded Sep 26, 2019

Nearpod has been absolutely amazing in the classroom! My students stay engaged and enjoy the interactive features that this program offers. If they are ever bored with a lesson, they ask me why I didn't make it a Nearpod lesson! Our most recent lesson allowed students to tour different Native American homes. Nearpod offers a 3D interactive feature where students can zoom and spin inside a picture. I love how this program helps bring my lessons to life! It is the generosity of donors like you that make all of this possible inside classrooms. Thank you so much for your support!”

Hello and thank you for taking the time to support teachers and education! This is my 5th year of teaching and I love all of the opportunities that I have been given. I never realized that I would need my students as much they need me. . . ~Everybody is a genius.
