While studying The Great Gatsby, students will delve even further into their understanding of 1920s culture, art, music, and society with these supplies. We will create Great Gatsby themed art, listen to 1920s music, wear 1920s headpieces, and experience everything 1920s! This project is a such a great way of combining music, art, and literature for high energy, kinesthetic learners! I know my students will be so excited to see the role that music and art play in The Great Gatsby, and we will truly transport ourselves to 1920s America with our 1920s headwear. Music, art, and Gatsby? Yes, they do go together!
