My students are the heart and soul of my program. I teach grades 9-12. I also am the director of the preschoolers on our campus. I get the best of both worlds. My high school students are all future educators. They want to shape the future. Students in my high school program work every day with our preschool students. The students plan lesson, read, implement new best practices and bring their best selves every day to the preschoolers. This year our preschool has 20 students in it who are preparing for kindergarten. They are kind, funny, sweet, curious, and ready to learn. They love to learn from their high school teachers. We are fortunate with this program our students really get 1 on 1 attention and both high schoolers and preschoolers thrive. I am so lucky to be their teacher and to be able to shape the minds of the future. They truly are the best part of education. I am so proud to be part of their lives.
