Hi everyone, Welcome to my page! I just joined Donors Choose, and found it to actually be a lot easier to set up than I thought. I'll just tell you a little about myself. I've taught special education for the last six years in Chicago and now I am transitioning to third grade in the same school I've taught in for the past 5 years. I chose to make a switch because after working with special education students in grades 4-8, I thought that I could address many of the deficits I saw by becoming a classroom teacher. I am very excited to take on the new challenges and use the skills I have gained with my students. I hope you take the time to review my project(s) and feel moved to push them forward.
