As Social Emotional Learning Coordinator, I support the social and emotional learning of students, staff, and families. I support school-wide SEL and behavior systems as well as individual and small group interventions. I strongly believe that SEL is a powerful foundation that helps everyone personally and academically all throughout our lives. It can help us manage big emotions, accomplish goals, make responsible decisions, enhance our learning, and develop key skills such as empathy and grit. I care deeply about creating a safe and supportive space for young people to feel understood and empowered.
