  • Help Us Get Creatively Organized with Some Supply Shelving!

    Funded Nov 25, 2010

Words are simply not enough to explain to you how much your donation has changed our classroom. Before, our supplies were sorted into anything we could find, boxes, plastic tubs, even old shoe boxes and cut open cereal boxes! I was trying to sort what little supplies we had in the best way that I could with the resources that we had.

Now,we now have real shelves and bins to sort our art supplies in! I set up the shelf when the kids were on Thanksgiving break and I was amazed at the reaction that I got when they came back inside- it was like we had a whole new classroom. They were "ooohing" and "aaahing" at how neat and organized our new classroom was!

Thank you so much for all that you have done for me and my classroom- you have truly opened their eyes to a better education! ”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Kiczek

Where to even begin? Your amazing and generous donations are like the gift that keeps on giving! Not only has your donation given them a new tool to learn with, but it has inspired them and made them truly proud of our classroom.

My students LOVE using the supplies so they can create things to become original works of art like intended in Art class!

None of this would have been possible without you and your donations. As I mentioned, you have not only provided a tool, but you have motivated and inspired my students. They come early in the morning to create art and often ask their parents to stay after school. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting me as a teacher and my students. ”

  • Creating Artwork Without Paper Is Impossible!

    Funded Oct 8, 2010

Snip snip snip, cut cut cut have been music to my ears! Now, that we have paper in my art room my students have been busy creating!

I was amazed to received phone call in my classroom when I was with 38 second graders from the office. I was told of a semi truck that had a order for me. Knowing that the only way I get materials is through donors choose I was confused.I didn't request materials that big or even know what it was. It wasn't until I asked what it was and they said it was over 700 pounds. I hung up the phone and told them "Our paper is HERE!"

They jumped up and down in excitement and we all went outside to get the boxes. We have over 25 boxes in total!

After we got the paper the asked to take all the boxes to the recycling! I was able to snap a funny pic. I hope you enjoy!

Again, from the bottom of my heart you thank you so much. You have brought a smile to my face when I see a stocked art room but must importantly all 971 of my students. Thank you!!!”

    With gratitude,
