We are a Title 1 school with a very low-income group of students. My students are excited learners and they come in a variety of learning classifications - General, Special Needs and English Language Learners. Although our parents experience low income status, they are actively engaged as partners with the school in educating their children. My students have a lot of energy and personality that just needs a bit of focus; I would love to foster what they have to offer by sharing with them a joy for learning. We are working on mastering common core objectives, character development and making a difference in the world! We are also focusing on school spirit and pride and what it means to be Team Golden Jaguars!
