Funded Feb 15, 2025You are the best! Middle school students are always starving. They are constantly in need of a snack. Thank you for your generous donations that have kept our snack supply stocked. It is ever difficult to supply the necessities due to the lack of funding and support for public schools. It is an absolute life saver when community members like you support us and help keep public education a priority for our children. We appreciate your kindness and compassion. The world is a better place because of your community care values.”

Books to Build Empathy
Funded Oct 3, 2024We are so grateful for your support in helping to build our classroom library. All students need access to books that serve as both windows and mirrors. This allows students to find themselves in the books they read, and to learn about how others are different than them. This helps them to build empathy and understanding of others, and in turn builds community connections.
Thank you for giving us this opportunity to expand our reading practice. We love all of the new books that have been added to our class library.”

Funded Sep 18, 2024My students love our mindfulness and meditation time. The opportunity to recharge our bodies and minds on a new mat has been wonderful. They were so excited to unwrap and roll out our fresh and clean mats for mindfulness.
More than ever, my students need structured time away from screens to be present in the moment with their own hearts, minds, and bodies. Going to our mats for a mindfulness activity provides us the opportunity for just that. They enjoy using the chimes, and rain stick to accompany our practices.
Thank you for your donations that made this project come to life!”

Funded May 25, 2024Having the right school supplies can make or break a student's focus and attention to their work. Thank you for your generous donations that provided us with necessary school supplies. Mechanical pencils are a must for middle schoolers. We love using bright colored paper to keep our assignments organized and easy to locate in our binders. Pocket folders help us to identify and organize our homework and other assignments for school success.
We appreciate your continued support of our classroom!”

Funded Feb 28, 2024We are so thrilled that you helped to fund our clean classroom project. We have been able to maintain clean laptop screens. This has helped to keep us healthy and well during the cold and flu season.
The dusters come in handy so that all students can participate in taking responsibility for keeping our classroom clean and tidy. The disinfectant wipes are always a necessity to keep our tables and spaces germ free.
Thank you for being thoughtful and generous in your support of our classroom. You are appreciated!”

Art Supplies for Self Expression
Funded Mar 27, 2024We are so grateful for your generous donations to support this project. Students have created student self portraits using the watercolor paints. They are absolutely wonderful. It has been a treat to watch them create.
We spent several days creating personalized bracelets. Having art and craft supplies to allow students to express themselves is delightful. At the end of the year during testing season, students often get overwhelmed. The opportunity for a creative outlet has allowed them time to reflect, relax, and be mindful.”

Funded Feb 27, 2024Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! The students have put all the hygiene items to great use. The hairbrushes have been an absolute hit with the students. Being able to look their best throughout the day means the world to a middle school student. The deodorant was a top priority for the kids to stay fresh smelling all day long. We love the toothbrush kits.
Nothing better prepares a student for learning than them looking and feeling their best. Thank you for making the students feel happy and supported in relation to their hygiene and health wellness.”

Warm Winter Hands
Funded Feb 27, 2024Thank you kindly for the donations that helped us to supply students with gloves to keep their hands warm during the winter months. Many students walk over a mile to school each morning and afternoon carrying their binders in their arms. These gloves provide the protection they need from the bitter cold.
With limited school budgets, donors like you make sure our students have the necessary items to keep them healthy and ready to learn. We appreciate your continued support of our school, students, and community.”

Snacks to Sustain Learning
Funded Feb 27, 2024We are so grateful to you for your generous donations. Students from around the school know they can stop by throughout the day for a snack to keep them sustained and ready for learning. Middle schoolers are always hungry and because of donors like you, I am able to share a quick snack when they need.
It is difficult to maintain a snack cabinet without the support of the community. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to support public education by supporting teachers and students to get the necessary supplies.”
