My job as a title one teacher is to support students in reading and math that are not performing at grade level. In my position, I have quickly learned that my students learn in many ways. I have students who learn by doing, feeling, seeing and hearing new lessons. I teach in a small group setting. Being able to teach so closely with each of my student allows me to understand what specifically each of my student's needs are to learn and what I can do positively for them.
