  • Keep My Kiddos Learning!

    Funded Nov 30, 2021

Thank you so much for supporting my students and our classroom by donating to this project. We really appreciate your generosity!

This has been an unprecedented year! From teaching online to hybrid to in person...what an emotional rollercoaster! However, my students were remarkable and came through it like a charm. This project allowed me to purchase materials and activities that supplemented our core curriculum in Math, Reading, and Science that my students truly enjoyed!

Thank you again for your donation.”

  • We Need To Print!

    Funded Nov 30, 2021

Thank you so much for supporting my students and our classroom by donating to this project. We really appreciate your generosity!

My students are so happy to be back in the classroom after experiencing remote learning for almost 2 years. They love to collaborate and work on group projects! One of the positive aspects of the pandemic is that my students are so tech-savvy! Weaning them off of the computer is a challenge, however, they love to print their completed work projects. This project helped us to receive more toner for our classroom computer. Now my students can print to their heart's desire!

Thank you again for helping us get this resource.”

  • 4th Grade Techies Need New Tech!

    Funded Dec 29, 2021

Thank you so much for supporting my students and our classroom by donating to this project! Your generosity is appreciated very much!

Teaching during a pandemic has been challenging and rewarding! My students are so happy to be back in the classroom with their friends and learning face to face from me and each other! My students had to adhere to social distancing policies because of strict protocols at the beginning of the school year, making it hard to collaborate. Now that those restrictions have been lifted, I can set up our learning centers with our tech center being one of them.

My students are absolutely thrilled to use the new computer your donations have provided! Thank you so much for helping me give my students the opportunity to use cutting-edge and updated technology!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Gaiter

  • Our Work On Display!

    Funded Feb 24, 2022

Thank you so much for supporting my students and our classroom by donating to this project. We really appreciate your generosity!

Being back in the classroom after almost two years online has been a challenge and rewarding! My students are so happy to be together to collaborate, learn and have fun!

We have been making up for lost time and completing many, many projects. My students love to see their work on display and it is my intention to fill as much wall space as possible so they can relish in their hard work!

Thank you for helping me obtain these resources. They really mean so much to my students.”

  • Got Masks?

    Funded Jan 1, 2022

Thank you so much for supporting my students and our classroom by donating to this project. We really appreciate your generosity!

Teaching during a pandemic has been a challenge to say the least. From teaching totally on line, to a hybrid model and now back face to face, there have been so many adjustments and hurdles to cross. But you know what? My students have come through like a champ! They are eager to learn and are so very happy to be back in the classroom with their friends!

One of the biggest challenges is making sure my students are safe. This grant helped me to provide masks for my students whenever they needed one. I thank you so much for allowing me to have this much needed resource available for all of my students.”

  • Only One You

    Funded Nov 30, 2021

Thank you so much for supporting our classroom and my students by donating to this project! We really appreciate your generosity.

Coming back to the classroom after almost two years of online learning was a big adjustment, especially with all of the restrictions and protocols that were in place. This project helped my students bond as a class as well as give them self awareness and confidence. The story was touching and creating the rocks for our garden was an extra added plus!

Thank you again for your support!”

  • Print My Work, Please!

    Funded Aug 12, 2021

Thank you so much for supporting my students and our classroom by donating to this project. We really appreciate your generosity.

My students are so happy to be back in the classroom together. It has been a trying couple of years, but they came through like champs! That being said, they have become experts using technology so printing their work has become a classroom necessity! Thanks to your generosity we have a nice supply of toner that will last a couple of months.... I hope!

My student absolutely love seeing this work in print. It inspires them to more and what teacher wouldn't want that!

Thank you again for your support!”

  • Write On!

    Funded Nov 30, 2021

Thank you so much for supporting my students and our classroom by donating to this project. We really appreciate your willingness to help!

Teaching during a pandemic has been challenging to say the least. After being remote for almost two years, returning to face to face teaching and learning has taken some getting used to. This project provided my students with blank books so that they could write their own stories based on research they conducted. I wanted to give them some much needed non-screen time and they really enjoyed that creativity!

Thank you again so very much for your support.”

  • Replanting Our Learning Garden

    Funded Dec 22, 2021

Thank you so much for supporting my students and our classroom by donating to this project! We really appreciate it!

Teaching during a pandemic has been challenging to say the least. As my students come back to school I am trying to bring back a sense of normalcy for them. One of the projects they love the most is our learning garden.

Over the three-week winter break, my students worried that their hard work would be in vain! Lucky for us it rained a few days so all was not lost. However, we still need to refresh and replant the space and your donation of new soil is helping us do just that!

Thank you again for your generosity. My fourth-grade farmers will be able to harvest vegetables for the rest of the school year.”

  • More Students! More Supplies Needed!

    Funded Oct 22, 2021

Thank you so much for supporting my students and our classroom by donating to our project. We really appreciate your generosity.

Teaching during this pandemic has been challenging to say the least. Students come and students go and there seems to never be enough supplies! Because my classroom does not have traditional desks with storage space, the seat sacks received through this project are a lifesaver. I always need extra ones for students who enroll and this project helped me have enough in supply for the fluctuation in my student class size.

Thank you again for your help and generosity.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Gaiter

My students are natural born scientists. They are curious about the world around them and are always asking questions. Our school is small--approx. 350 students, which is not the norm in California, with an amazing and supportive principal. My students are eager to learn--their brains are sponges that absorb any and all information given to them. Everything is a potential investigation/experiment to them so I strive to provide my students with as many learning and project based opportunities as possible to enhance the school curriculum and students' intrinsic motivation to learn more. We are a Title 1 school, but because of our size funding levels are not as high as other schools that have higher enrollments. With the help of parent volunteers and other sources, our school thrives and student achievement is high! We're the best little school in CA! We believe that the future lies in our children, that they have virtually unlimited potential and our job is to enable them to reach it.
