Funded Jan 12, 2023¡Muchas Gracias! My young students and I love the brand new, bright, blue table. The table size has provided enough seating for small groups and provided more usable space around our classroom. My students are able to move and stack the chairs easily. This fact makes clean-up easier. The table top helps with letter recognition and phonemic awareness. Students gain sound-symbol correspondence while tracing letter shapes onto the textured surface. Your kindness and generosity have made me and the young learners I am responsible for very happy. Thank you.”

Wow! We Are Ready to Learn!
Funded Jun 13, 2022Your generous donations have made my students very happy. Your generosity has also helped me to provide materials that meet the individual needs of all my students. They have loved using the dry-erase pockets for math and language arts work. The markers are sized appropriately and the attached eraser makes them easy to use. Having enough for each child to have their own is great. I am able to assign different tasks that can be completed simultaneously.
The Teacher's Pay Teacher's gift cards are wonderful. Being able to purchase seasonal materials that meet the individual needs of students is quick and beneficial. I have downloaded materials for math, English, and Spanish language arts as well as center work. Your kind gifts will continue to provide for several months. Thank you.”

Help Make Distance Learning Easier for Parents, Students and Teacher
Funded Sep 7, 2020I am most grateful for the support and generosity you have shown my young learners. Your gifts will provide exploration and learning from their homes. I watched them marvel at the new materias, via Zoom. The smiles on their faces were great to see. I told them that some very nice people had sent them these gifts. Having the number lines and workbooks, in two languages, will allow us to cover more curriculum easily. The white art paper will provide opportunity for creative expression. The white paper allows for endless options. Students have crayons and other art media that will allow them to create any color paper they may want or need. You are too kind.”

Funded Aug 10, 2019WOW! My students love the white boards and the Lakeshore magic boards. They are able to experiment with and correct their writing while having fun. Usually the largest board holds weekly spelling words. Students love being able to identify and read a requested word, then erase and rewrite it. On the back side they are able to sort words into grammatical categories or create sentences, in both English and Spanish. Any spelling or mistakes are identified and quickly corrected. We use the smaller, magnetic white boards and magic boards for addition, subtraction, skip counting and odd and even number studies. Sometimes the magic boards are employed in computation races or vocabulary studies. Since your generosity provided us with several, sometimes they are also used for drawing and games. Your kindness has provided my students with fun. These seven year olds are so excited to use the materials that you unselfishly provided that they haven't figured out they they're learning! ¡Muchas gracias!”
