The student population is very diverse in academic ability, social, and emotional needs. It is important to understand who the students are before trying to comprehend how learning is going to take place. 71% of my students are reading at or above reading level that is a 21% increase from the beginning of the year. My school is a Title 1 building meaning,we have high numbers or high percentages of children from low-income families. The students in my class are eager and willing to learn. They prefer learning on using the computer and electronics. Therefore, I do my best to meet their "electronically enhanced" learning styles. By integrating technology I am able to educate, inspire and empower my students to be high achieving contributing members of a global society.
