Every child has capabilities, talents, and strengths. As a Special Education Resource Teacher, working with elementary age students, it is my responsibility to provide these children with the best learning opportunities while accessing the general education curriculum! As a Special Education Resource Teacher, I work with the entire Elementary School (K-5 grade students). Their needs are extremely diverse. In addition to receiving Resource services, many also receive Speech, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and ESOL. They all have a win-win attitude and do their personal best to contribute to their classroom community. My students strive everyday to learn and grow. Despite the many challenges they face, I am looking to keep things simple and provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences.
