Players Gonna Play!
Funded Dec 27, 2022Yay! Thank you so much! The board games you have helped to fund enable my students to build communication skills, got them to think strategically, and develop vocabulary and good communication. These games helped my special needs students a lot. These board games taught my students how to follow instructions and rules. They are still learning how to have good sportsmanship when they don't win, however, it has a been a great improvement since the arrival of the games. They created healthy competition amongst my students. I would like to thank you for the opportunity to strengthen my students' skill and emotional needs through your action of kindness and thoughtfulness. We truly thank you!”

Mathematicians R Us!
Funded Dec 6, 2022Thank you so much funding my project! My students were so surprised when they got their graph math notebooks! I'm so grateful to have people like you supporting me and my students. Having this project funded was a major step to a successful school year and was one less thing to worry about!
Throughout the school year that is coming to an end my students used these notebooks to copy their notes, show their mathematical thinking, use different strategies and most importantly grow as mathematical geniuses. I am super proud and one hundred percent grateful towards your act of kindness. Without you knowing it, you have left an impact on my students' lives. Thank you!”

Thanks to your act of kindness by placing a donation towards my project you have helped six classes and several teachers in my school. I thank you and appreciate you so much. Just know, every time I click, "print" a smile appears on my face because now I have a way to better support my students and display their wonderful work. Back to the Basics!
Funded Dec 31, 2021Thank you for your generous donations! Your act of kindness is still being used within my classroom. Your donations has not only helped my students academically but also has kept us safe from unwanted germs. The students were so excited to use the mechanical pencils. They are definitely the hot ticket of the school year.

Zooming Into Our Visual Aides
Funded Dec 21, 2018Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Words don't express my excitement, joy, and thanks for your donation to my Donors Choose Project! It means so much that you share a want to help children in today's schools.
This document camera is a complete hit within my classroom. It has provided my students with close-up displays of everything from photos, directions, examples, and so much more! The children love having it to help them with their learning! I feel that this document camera has definitely boosted my students' learning because we no longer have to take the time to pass pictures to every student or walk around the classroom when providing my students with specific directions for their activity. It has also been a huge time-saver, which allows for more opportunities to do other quality educational activities. Thank you, again, from the bottom of my heart! Your donation is making a difference in the lives of my students this year and many more students in the years to come!”

Funded Nov 27, 2018Thank you very much for your generous donation of classroom organization and decoration supplies. My students and I are using all of the decorating materials to further build our classroom environment. Generosity is one of the most important values of my classroom, among respect, wisdom, and courage. Within my classroom the word for generosity, means to contribute to the well-being of one's people and all life by sharing and giving freely. This sharing is not just of objects and possessions, but of emotions like sympathy, compassion, kindness. It also means to be generous with ones personal time. So, thank you for embodying that for our classroom and contributing to our well-being. My classroom has received many compliments from parents, colleagues and administrators on how it is organized and decorated. I cannot express enough thanks on how your gift has improved my class decor and promoted greater independence.”

Funded Nov 27, 2018Thank you! The chrome books have been a complete game changer within my classroom. I currently have a total of 55 students this year. One class has 31 students. My school has only provided my grade with 25 laptops. Due to your donation I don't have to worry about how I am going to provide for those students left within technology. My goal this year is to insert all forms of technology within my lessons and to engage my students different ways of learning through the usage of technology. I truly appreciate your kindness and loving heart because without you I probably would have been struggling to meet my goal.”

Funded Nov 19, 2018Thank you, thank you, thank you! You have truly made this the season of giving with your donation. Your donation came at the right time within the school year. At many times it is believed that school supplies are only needed in the beginning of the school year but in reality they are needed all year long. Due to your donation my students have enough supplies to last us awhile within this school year. When the package was delivered we were overjoyed with the amount of supplies we now have, especially since a lot of materials such as pencils and pens were becoming low quantity. We thank you for your act of kindness and thoughtfulness. Happy Holidays!”

Funded Sep 27, 2018Having an opportunity to implement Flexible Seating within my classroom this year has been life changing and beneficial for my students! They have an opportunity to choose where they learn best daily! This also gives them the freedom to learn in a space where they are engaged and can focus throughout the day. When my students saw our flexible seating choices for the first time they were excited because our classroom isn't set up like a traditional classroom. They were eager to try them! I will continue to use implement flexible seating in my classroom with the hopes of increasing our flexible seating choices. Thank you for your donations and for placing your footprint within my classroom for years to come!”

Adventures Within Books!
Funded Aug 22, 2018Thank you so so much! Your donation was the perfect items I needed at the right time! This year my class received three non-english speaking students. Each student is fluent in their native language, Spanish. In past years, having situations like this I would feel horrible because I would have a classroom fulled with English language texts but never any texts that reaches the needs of my English as Second Language students. Thank to you I can say, "Not anymore!". Now, all my students can go book shopping for books that interest them and represent them. Thank you! Your donation was truly a game changer in my classroom!”
