The use of the senses to learn occurs daily in my classroom. Using tactile stimulation of touch, while the light and colors will stimulate the vision while learning. By donating to my project, my students will be able to use this table to demonstrate growth towards academic standards, while supporting fine motor growth. First and foremost, this sensory light table will allow my students another avenue to practice skills previously taught. Additionally, My students will be able to focus on another way to learn content, enhancing their learning opportunities and demonstrate learning. This will enhance the classroom and reinvigorate my students eagerness to learn.
