This classroom project was brought to life by SONIC Foundation and 6 other donors.MS. Rzerzicha & Ms. Ceballos Noise-Cancelling Headphones
Funded Jan 17, 2024The integration of noise-canceling headphones has been a great addition to the classroom environment, offering students a powerful tool to minimize distractions and enhance their learning experience. With these headphones readily available, students can immerse themselves in their tasks without being distracted by external noise. Thi allows for deeper engagement with lesson materials, leading to improved comprehension and retention of information. Moreover, the use of noise-canceling headphones promotes a sense of autonomy among students, empowering them to take control of their learning environment and tailor it to their individual needs.
The noise-canceling headphones are extensively utilized within the classroom setting. Students have open access to them and employ them to enhance their focus on tasks. They demonstrate commendable self-monitoring skills and assertively advocate for their individual needs.
I am immensely grateful to each and every one of you for making this donation swiftly and without hesitation.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Rzerzicha
Breathe for Change Wellness
Funded Feb 20, 2020I am so grateful to everyone who donated and supported this project. My intentions for bringing mindfulness and yoga practice into my life, into the lives of my students and colleagues are in process. As I witness my students gain control of their adorable wiggles during practice, I also witness their practice of presence. It is just a beginning to foster calm and openness to all life has to offer.
