  • 3rd Grade Library for New Teacher!

    When I originally submitted this donation request, my goal was to provide a great reading space for my third grade students. Shortly after it was funded by your generous donations, I transitioned to a second grade classroom. However, my current students are still able to utilize these resources as I originally intended!

    The library has been an amazing addition to my classroom! I utilize it for early finishers, and encourage the students to read any time they have free time! Some students are even asking to read books from the library instead of reading books on the computer!

    I was extremely excited to have the classroom library during our reading week also! The students have really enjoyed choosing a book during our DEAR time (drop everything and read) in celebration of reading week.

    I am so thankful to be able to give this small section of joy to my students. I look forward to using it for many more years in my classroom.”
