• Little Filmmakers Inspire Creativity

  We first used these tools to teach our families how to use green screen apps at our family kinder night. It was a big hit especially when the videos they made on the spot were shown up on the big screen! That night I had students coming up to me and asking me to get their videos up on the big screen. I couldn't keep up with the demand! Ha!

  The next step for our students is to incorporate it into the classroom. We are currently working towards our technology proficiency to get to a point where we can be ready to use the green screen to share our knowledge. They really loved it and can't wait to do it again!”

• Fine Motor Fun

  My students have really been enjoying the fine motor activities this project provided for them. The best part of these items is that they are engaging! The kids just love doing them! Currently we are doing a winter theme so they are practicing number skills with pretend ice cubes and marshmallows, q-tip painting a snowman or mitten, hanging mittens with letters on the to build words and so much more!

  In just the past month or two since having these materials I have seen improvement in their fine motor skills. When I am able to provide activities with this level of entertainment and have it be educational it is always a win win!”

• We Are Illustrators and Artists!

  My class was so happy to be able to create art in the classroom. As I mentioned in my project, oftentimes the art teacher was not able to teach art to my class for their special. Having these materials allowed for me to provide my students with time to be creative through art mediums. We created watercolor paintings, q-tip paintings, made art for our parents, and so much more. Having the materials allowed me to talk about art and how it is beautiful any which way they make it! It helped them to see that even a mistake could be turned into something special. Thank you for this opportunity!”

• Want to hear a story?

  My students have begun to feel super special with all the donations coming into my class! Of course all kids love what they think are toys but in reality they are learning. I have used these materials to review stories as a class. It is usually how I introduce the set and it is also what excites them about it! Their favorite storytelling pieces are the No, David! story pieces. That book is a class favorite and they LOVE spending the time to retell that story! It has been wonderful to see them practice such necessary comprehension skills through play. Thank you!”
